“There is golf, and then there is tournament golf” - Bobby Jones

I have always strongly recommended that my students compete if they are interested in developing their game at an accelerated pace. Considering the pressure and challenge of a golf tournament, there is no better environment in which to optimize your mental and strategic skills. Because of the difficulty in finding and registering for a local or regional event, this offering provides an easy and “safe” opportunity for you to benefit from playing in a golf tournament.

Experienced tournament players can use the event to sharpen their competitive mindset for the summer golf events. Developing players will benefit from a structured tournament geared towards helping them to play with freedom in any golf round. There will be a scoreboard, rules committee and significant enough prizes to quicken your heart rate and focus the learning opportunity.

We will provide coaching before, during and after the round. David played college golf for the University of Washington and has caddied and worked with players during LPGA events, LPGA q-school, and multiple other golf tournaments. He has also become the performance coach for members of the US Ski Team (freestyle moguls) and has provided coaching at World Cup and NorAm events. A combination of David’s coaching model and his teaching experience will make this a unique learning experience that you will draw upon for years to come.
